1. Scope of Service
These terms govern the use of the AGNS website and the preliminary engagement for our traffic enforcement, signage, and technology solutions. Actual hardware installations and software deployments are governed by separate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) or Government Contracts.
2. Intellectual Property
All proprietary technology, including but not limited to radar algorithms, LPR processing logic, and embedded system designs showcased or referenced on this site, are the exclusive property of AGNS.
3. Technical Accuracy
While we strive for 100% accuracy, technical specifications of radar and camera systems are subject to environmental factors and specific site calibrations. Final performance metrics are verified during on-site testing.
Jurisdiction
All legal matters and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
